Go Scots!

Tonight Carter attended his first football game - the Highland Park Scotties vs. the J.J. Pearce Mustangs in Richardson at J.J. Pearce High School.  Our friend, Bobby Leidner is a coach at Highland Park and we love going to his games!  We don't get to attend as many games as we would like to because of Carter's bedtime, but the freshman teams play on Thursday nights at 5:30pm & 7:30pm.  The first game is perfect for us, so we will try to go to a few more Thursday night games to sit with Melissa and cheer on the Scots!


Carter had a great time watching everything - not just the players on the field, but the fans sitting around us, the lights and all of the action!  He got a little restless in the middle of the game, so he & Daddy walked around the stadium for a few minutes.  Changes of scenery are usually good for his mood :)  Anyway, thanks Melissa for letting us sit with you.  We had a great time and hope to do it again soon!

Carter fell asleep on the way home and he is still asleep in his car seat!  We are planning on waking him up and feeding him before we go to bed...
