Lazy Saturday

We hit another milestone today!  All three members of the Johnson family slept until 9:00am this morning, including a 12-week old who went to sleep at 8:15pm last night!!!  Yes, this means that Carter slept almost 13 hours straight.  However, he did make his way into our bed around 6:00am.  Cuddling in bed with Mommy & Daddy has become a Saturday morning tradition.  Carter loves it because he gets to be close to us and we love it because it means more sleep!  Praise the Lord for this wonderful gift.  I have a cold and the extra sleep has done wonders for the way I feel!

He Is Risen!!!

We had a great, long weekend in Temple celebrating Easter with the Mullins family.  Carter enjoyed getting to see everyone, being passed around between family members, watching the baking of the traditional Easter cake, sleeping through Jenna's Easter egg hunt and going to church for the first time at Temple Bible Church!

Sleeping Through the Night

We hit a major milestone today...

Carter slept EIGHT straight hours last night!  This made for a very happy Mommy & Daddy when we woke up at 5:15am this morning and realized that neither one of us had been up during the night.  What a wonderful way to celebrate 9 weeks of our wonderful baby boy!!!

Carter Lee, you are such a blessing to us!  Thank you for being such a laid back baby and for giving us so much joy...and rest!
